Water equilibrium through neutralisation

An indispensable step in water treatment

neutralisation In this step, water is treated in order to obtain calco-carbonic equilibrium. Water equilibrium is achievable through water softening or hardening and pH adjustment. Moreover, additional objectives can be fulfilled (such as metals elimination) due to the favourable pH environment produced. This water-equilibrium step is conducted after the main steps of water treatment, filtration and decantation (coagulation, flocculation are included in decantation), to fulfil the overall water quality objectives.

Akdolit's solution

Akdolit recommends you a range of highly effective carbonates, half-burnt dolomites and lime-based reagents that modify the water calco-carbonic equilibrium and produce a favourable pH environment.
